   Had a shoe fitting. I forgot to get the girls name but she was helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the results of my recording and my walking style clearly. Gave me lots of options to try on based on my results. Took the time to explain why each option had been suggested and the benefits. Asked if I had a budget (which is rare these days). My only suggestion would be to get a treadmill in store. Hard to really try shoes (especially for running) when only able to walk around store. Would recommend and return

   Outstanding Service! Blown away with the absolutely above and beyond service by Jamie Lee from the Bayfair branch. Went in with not much time and kids . She technically assessed my feet while looking after my 18month and found me the perfect shoes for my feet in 15mins. Can't recommend getting your shoes from athletes foot enough.

   I’m a repeat customer of the Athletes Foot Bayfair and have always had an excellent experience with them. Today was not the case. When I entered the store, the lone sales assistant was busy with a customer. I was prepared to wait so took off my shoes and wandered around looking at potential new walking shoes. 20 minutes later I quietly asked the assistant if she thought she would be much longer. The assistant seemed surprised I wanted to buy something. Not long after, other customers entered the shop. A second assistant then appeared and immediately started serving them. I put my shoes back on and left the store. There was no apology or acknowledgement. I left feeling insignificant and humiliated. My daughter-in-law witnessed much of this and suggested I leave a review. She was so disgusted.

   Great experience instore at Athlete’s foot Bayfair. Tiana was very friendly, welcoming and helpful and with her expert advice brought my new Hoka shoes which are perfect for my problem feet (bunions, crossover toe and wide feet). Highly recommend this place as they have the right machines to pick up foot weaknesses. They also waterproof the shoes free of charge.

   Absolutely amazing service. Serena is a Super star - a perfect example of a high performing professional who knows how the customer service is done. She was super helpful on the phone, patiently listened to the issue and offered help. I told her I would reach close to the closing hours and she was happy to wait. When I went in the store she was serving another customer, she attended to me and said wont be long. While I was waiting I couldn't help but noticed how brilliantly she dealt with that customer leaving the person happy and satisfied. She did the 3D scan for me and suggested so many options and went above and beyond to help. By the time I left it was already 7:15pm but she showed no signs of rush. She surely deserves a pay rise!! Athlete's foot should hire more people like her. Thank you for your kind help Serena.

   World Class customer service, product knowledge and customer service, oh I said that twice because it's excellent. Was served by Luke, who was not pushy sales type, listened to my requirements, useage and budget, and absolutely nailed it. Exceptional 3D scan to get my size right (half a size bigger than I thought, no wonder my toe hurt) and gait analysis. This enabled the guy to give me three different options, similar pricing so he kept my budget in mind. I'll definitely go back again and recommend them to all. Well done Athletes Foot Bayfair.
