We called them to ask about assistance with moving and storing our stuff in between houses and they were quick to reply and organised everything for us. “I used Grace Removals Wellington for a house move & storage late last year and found them to be amazing, so decided to use them again for a small business job, moving from my home office into a new commercial premise. Once again, they have been fantastic. First up, quoting and booking is easy and the office team has excellent communication - I received an easy to understand quote and paperwork, and great reminders and information ahead of the move day. On the day of the move, the team arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job moving my gear. They were super friendly and professional. In my opinion, Grace are premium movers - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I think the service they provide is worth every cent! Just one small area you could perhaps improve on - I've found the stickers you placed on our home items when they went into storage are very hard to remove and leave sticky residue behind, it would be great if you could use stickers that peel off easily and don't leave glue behind :)”
