Just like the review prior to mine, I also bought something from Trade Tested in November. And they are correct, the website said delivery 2 to 4 days. I also got an email about a week later saying there were delays, which was good to know. HOWEVER, then things went completely quiet so I contacted Fliways to ask for an update and was told they haven't even picked up the product from Trade Tested yet. Again, I waited patiently because this time of year I know things can get hectic THEN, happy days, I received an email to say delivery has been booked for 10Dec. I managed to take the day off work and sat around waiting. By 2:30pm there was still no delivery, so I phoned Fliway to enquire and was told my product will not be delivered today since it wasn't loaded on the truck. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS MORNING, THANKS VERY MUCH. And to make things worse, I was told it would "be escalated to the management team" but they couldn't give me a new booking date. Nice service Fliways. You are doing great... NOT! I contacted Trade Tested to let them know I was not happy. I got an apology, but the person I spoke with couldn't get me off the phone quick enough ( I dont know why because I was really calm and polite, giving them an opportunity to fix things, but unfortunately they failed). If Trade Tested keep on using Fliway, this would be my first and last order from them.

The delivery crew were amazing — they kept me updated with texts and let me know exactly when they would arrive. This helped me manage my work schedule and be home on time. Reposting a review for UPS from 8 months ago. I am sorry to say, UPS is the worst delivery carrier on earth. They charge an arm and a leg for international parcels, and you'd at least expect the parcel to be delivered on time. Got an email from UPS that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow (days ago), I was initially happy and setup the system to notify me when the parcel is here. The date of delivery has come and gone. From their parcel tracking websiteI could see my parcel travelled halfway across the world within a few days, and yet once it arrived here in NZ it has been sitting in the warehouse for days. A day after the original delivery date I decided to give UPS a call asking why my parcel is still sitting at the warehouse. The operator said the status showing on the tracking site is not accurate and should be showing waiting for clearance. And the operator continued to ask if anyone has been in contact with me to sort out the clearance, and obviously the answer is NO, if they have then I would have gotten my parcel on time. Provided my clearance detail and the operator said the parcel would be cleared within 24hrs and it should then be on its way. Now it is 48 hours after I provided the clearance details, I could see that the parcel has been cleared from the tracking website since yesterday… but I am yet to receive my parcel. Argh.

Had a $3k parcel coming from UK via UPS. Had to call this company to sort gst - spent an hour on the phone. I also asked them not to deliver before Friday, as I wouldn’t be home. They assured me if no one was home they’d deliver the following day. Instead, they left my $3k parcel on my doorstep, at a vacant house.

I own a business owner and unfortunately some of my international suppliers use this courier service. I am constantly waiting for goods to be delivered (sometimes 2-3 weeks once the goods are in Ack) and if I am not at the address, they won't leave the good in a safe place that I have instructed them too and they don't even leave a card to let you know there is a parcel. Absolutely disgusting service.
