   "I recently had the pleasure of hiring a team of movers to help me with the seemingly impossible task of getting my sofa up to the second storey of my home, using the balcony. I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by this team of movers! From the very beginning, their professionalism and expertise were evident.    I initially approached Tony to move a heavy, wooden desk that has been passed down through a few generations - I wanted to make sure I got professional movers as I was afraid of damaging the desk if I tried myself/with friends. When Tony sent the quote back I thought his price was so reasonable that I decided to engage him to move the whole house; I am very pleased I made that decision. Tony’s friendly, professional team arrived on time and moved a 2 bedroom home (plus 2 home offices) plus storage unit in just over 3 hours (the drive was a good 45 mins). The precious, but extremely heavy desk, was moved with great expertise and care. I should also mention that Tony’s team is completely trustworthy - they were given unsupervised access to our storage unit, which they packed up completely and promptly. I thank Tony and his team for making what could have been a very stressful and exhausting day into an exciting day in our new home.

   Even tough Tony investigate our stuff, They came with a rental truck which was a small one and our stuff did not fit into it. We need to carry some of things with one of the mover guy's car and with our own car. Their packing material was not enough and they used my towels to pack my very few kitchen stuff. Moreover, They lost/stolen my leather boots, expensive adaptors of my husband's some of my creams etc during the move and no actions taken or no proper answer given to us. Totally they are near to usd 1500. They have just vanished! We paid them in cash without the invoice and we add a very generous tip onto it as our goodwill, still we got this treatment. I am sorry but we cannot recommend this company to anyone as it is not safe and Thanks to Tony's valuable infos in his comment below with some guesses in numbers, that reflects well his attitude and ethics in his business. I wish he would spend the same energy that he spent when he is writing down this long comment onto his business and his customer relations or for his faults. I wish I received that long and in detail letter from him before. We lived in many European countries, US and moved several times, nothing like this unfortunate matter happened to us. And last note, of course we did not agree on using the tea towels as the packing materials...

   Tony and company were great! This is the second time we've used them, for completely different kinds of moves. This one entailed antiques, several over 200 years old and quite heavy. Tony wrapped them very carefully, the two of them (his second was appropriately nicknamed "Hercules") moved them without nicking any of the items or our freshly painted walls, did it efficiently and in a very personable manner, and the total came to less than expected. We enjoyed having them in for a beer and nibbles at the conclusion of an excellent experience.
