   This company is absolutely amazing! We left a package on the airplane in Auckland airport and made our way to the US without it. I thought there was NO WAY we would ever see it again! This company was wonderful to work with, very communicative and kind. They picked the package up at the airport and quickly sent it to the US, we received it just a few days later! The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

   I contacted this company from Canada as I had left my iPad on a AZ flight between Melbourne and Auckland. It was at the lost property at Auckland airport. The company were very quick in following up with my enquiry and I decided to use their services. Their response was immediate and in under a week my package was at my home in Ontario. It was package perfectly . I would certainly recommend them and just wish I could thank them personally.

   The whole process with Rita & Amit at PackandSend Manukau was smooth and stress-free. They packed all my husband's work tools for us, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Rita was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. She also provided the correct paperwork for custom clearance which made things easy. We simply dropped the tools off, and they took care of the packing and shipping to Australia. If you're tight for time, they are the way to go. Great service and cost-friendly too- HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Our first box arrived before we arrived to Australia & the other shortly after as it went through customs - but was a smooth process as I had the paperwork ready to go. The tools were neatly packed.    Absolutely top notch service from first contact to final delivery! Every team member we dealt with was exceptional and took great care of our needs. We moved from Canada and had our large luggage transported from Auckland to Whanganui. Everything arrived in perfect condition and many days sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

   The worst service with hidden chargers and smart talk of convincing the delivery is fully paid but the receiver then is billed for the extra charge. If you think of sending parcels to Fiji they don't even have an office but an unknown man waits by the roadside to collect another fee for his delivery when all delivery charges are paid out here at their office. They don't even give you an invoice or a proper receipt when collecting parcels sent to Fiji. Pathetic service and a total rip off. Nothing is repacked as boxes we packed intact was received in Australia for we collected our boxes that we sent from here. And they even charged the repacking. Shame! If they think they ripped up off shame that extra $$ we paid won't last with u I'm entitled to our experience and my review as u are to yours. You must have thought we are illiterate and unable to fill the form with u hurrying us and taking it to fill it yourself ~ shame no tidying was done it was sent how we packed it. We kept on emailing you not the other way round. Never using your service again. And the amount we paid as we had advised you we will pay all chargers but the hidden charges were never mentioned. Until after payment we were required to pay more. Pathetic service u even mentioned we were to state a lesser amount for goods we purchased and were sending thinking we were stupid!!!

   Amit was very helpful, I went in on a Friday before closing time and he was so kind to help us get our boxes sent to Melbourne even working after their closing time too. Our boxes arrived in Melbourne the following Tuesday, super quick & very happy. Highly recommend ☺️

   Unbelievably fast and secure shipping! I recently lost my phone in the Auckland Airport. Through a combination of fantastic guest services representatives there (Sunaina) and Pack&Send (Rita), my phone has safely found its way home to Colorado. Pack&Send picked up the phone from the airport, wrapped and prepared it for shipping and customs, shipped it from New Zealand on August 7, and it was delivered here August 9. Miracles and very nice people can be found everywhere in this beautiful world. Thank you, Rita!

   Pack and Send Manukau City provided a superb service that vastly exceeds the limited offerings from the major courier firms. They offer a pickup service at Auckland airport that others refuse to do. They offer a packaging service that others refuse to do. They offer competitive rates that are reasonable compared with exorbitant fees that others demand. Their service is prompt, efficient and customer-friendly. I strongly recommend them.

   Amazing service. I needed to send out a laptop overseas to the United States but I couldn’t find anywhere that offered that specific service until I stumbled across Pack & Send Manukau on Google. I’m so glad I found this place because they took care of everything and even offered special packaging for my laptop. Rita was so helpful and provided excellent communication. The package was also delivered safely and on time. Highly recommend Pack & Send and would definitely use this service again.
