   I can not recommend this service at all. Before handing over I did ask Amit at Pack and Send Papakura what documents and informations are required. Replies were very digital by means , you get a reply to your question not more not less - and at the end it turned out that many informations are missing, as list of content and value was not sufficient . With a lot of back and forth with support of the forwarder (DHL) it took 3 weeks to get it through customs. Pack and Send Papakura clearly stated in our communication in writing that "we will do customs decleration and complete forms, you will only need to sign" At the end exactly that official form was missing and causing the trouble. We did send one suitcase to Germany and my impression is that they have no clue what is needed. Example: After handing over the suitcase one day later they asked us to provided the code of the lock. If that is requested why didn´t they ask for that at the handing over? To many things not considerd and no recommendation how to declare items. My recommendation you may use DHL directly - as DHL in your country will at the end get back to you with which form is requested. They were very helpful.

   FANTASTIC SERVICE - made contact easily via the telephone and within one day my phone had been picked up from the airport, appropriate paperwork sent for customs purposes and posted 24 hours after payment received. The item was packaged appropriately and I had good communication throughout. It took 4 days to reach the UK from NZ Auckland. Phenomenal service - thank you very much team Pack & Send Papakura

   Although this service is quite expensive, if you need to send a parcel with no worries if it is fragile, this service is a must. I will use it again as the tracking is fantastic and the delivery from NZ to Australia was super quick. Service guy at counter was excellent as well.
