   They are a wholesaler but they do sell to walk in customers. Great service with no stress, the guy at the desk helped and I was out of the store in less then 5mins. Highly recommend, I will be back for more replacement window handles. Thanks team!!

   This has to be the WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had in a while. Trying to BLAME PRODUCT DEFECTS ON CUSTOMERS. I bought a repalcement sliding door lock set from them last week, the old one broke. I went to Install it, and found a screw is stripped out, preventing proper installation. I went to the store today, explaning the situiation and said "The screw is stripped, it came like that." and requested for a replacement. The first reaction from them after hearing this, "We didn't do it, it has to be the one who installed it." "I picked it up and installed it, I saw the stripped screw, and did not even touch it." "I don't know, it's not us." Second staff came out, I explain the situation again, then he said "Did you take photos when you picked it up?" I guess this is the standard when you buy from them? otherwise you'll surely have issues getting any sort of warranty/replacement (consumer act). After a few round, they finally agreed to give me a replacement! AYA!!! Well, the replacement they gave me has the SAME STRIPPED SCREW! LOL "I did not do it this time :)" They gave a a thrid one, after inspection, everything is alright, then I left. No apologies or sorry for your inconvience or anything, all looking at me like I'm here to cause a scence as I walked out of the store. To be fair, I did get what I needed at the end (like how it supposed to be). Just the unpleasantness was unnecessary. I guess when you buy from them, just to always fully inspect and take photo where needed to avoid this.

   Blown away by the level of customer service. Emailed late one evening, was replied to out of hours, paid for the next morning and the item was sent and arrived the day after. After purchasing an aluminium door handle, the staff also sent a pdf link for the door installation and I had it on within the hour. 100% recommend

   Joinery Hardware supplied a house lot of window/door handles and locks for our beach house during a tidy up we did. Some 4 or 5 years after the front door barrel fell apart. Without any prompting they offered to replace at no charge and even keyed the same. This company stands by its products they sell. Highly recommend the quality too.
