Really good service, they put grip on my board and even gave us a small tool for free. They recommended wheels and tools, and checked my skateboard to see what was fine and what wasn’t. My favourite skate shop now
I bought a sneakers on sale that were in another store, and they never called me to let me know if they had arrived. Besides, the sneakers apparently cheap because they have a factory defect, which makes me think they didn't even check the product before delivery to me. Bad experience.
Great service and helpful staff. Bought a new skateboard for.my son, don't know anything about them. Staff put on the grip tape for me (Excellent Job). Got the tools and the right stuff needed for wheels.
Best skate store in NZ, super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My daughter got fitted out with great beginners deck, and all the trimmings. The staff talked through all the available options with each component, allowing us to make super informed decisions. Stoked we made the mission to see these guys, even picked up some super discounted nike shoes in the process !! Thanks

Spot on service, the guy at the counter knows his stuff, he guided us in getting our first skateboard which I love and helped install binders on my husband's snowboard. Made sure the settings were done correctly and explained all the tricks. Don't know his name but will ask next time. He seems to be the senior staff, great product knowledge. It is an expensive store but you'd get a better service and trustworthy advice.

Very very nice staffs in both ponsonby and botany branches. Been there many years for all kinds of boards, very patient to demonstrate their customers. Love it
