I recently had my prized Rocket Espresso machine serviced by Miki from The New Zealand Coffee service team. It's come back running like a new machine delivering rich, flavorful shots of my favourite espresso. Thanks Miki, you're the man.
These people are awesome and Micky is a legend. He understood our concerns and worked within our budget. Communication was excellent throught out. Highly recomended for anyone needing a machine serviced.
Excellent experience, both from the staff actually answering the phones (and how nice not to be talking to a recorded message) to the clearly expert technician (Miki) who worked on my macchina della caffe and took the time to explain in detail what he had done. AND a very quick turnaround to boot. I be back!
What a great team. From Claire in the office to Mickey in the workshop the whole team was so helpful. Mickey called to discuss my machines fault and gave me options. They then fixed it very promptly and at a reasonable price. They even threw in a free bag of coffee beans. I have already recommended to others.

I've been a batista for the last 7 years and haven't found a coffee shop that makes coffee to such a high quality standard like this place. From my first visit to now, the lovely girls there have been so welcoming and lovely, they welcome you with a smile and are extremely hospitable and kind. The coffee is outstanding and so is the service. I absolutely recommend this as your go-to if you work in the area or if you'd like to visit from elsewhere. I do not often leave reviews for places unless they leave an impact.
I come here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. The coffee, baked goods, and sandwiches are always delicious. Once I even spilled my coffee in and over my car and the staff were helpful giving me a bucket of soapy water and a cloth to clean the mess up!
Carena knows her coffee stuff! Went there for advise on beans for home use and she gave us such great tips. Their seasonal espresso is so smooth... gonna try it at home in our machine.
Amazing! Best coffee I’ve ever had... and I’ve been drinking coffee for years. With a cabinet and an all day menu, your taste for food can be satisfied too. Lots of regulars, lovely staff and just perfect in all ways - atmosphere, quality, and location (the way the location is embraced and incorporated is part of its charm).
