   went here to get some nice cloths the guy, was very welcoming said hello when we walked in or if we need any help, I think the dude was Indian not sure very helpful guy but the girl with lots of piercings and chain hanging down her ear or face was so un welcoming and zero customer service she had a really bad attitude! Don’t think she should be doing customer service at all.

   Big D is the GOAT of Hallenstein’s. He didn’t just sell me clothes, he sold me a lifestyle. Came in asking for a shirt, walked out a new man. Had me questioning if I should tip him or ask for his autograph. If Hallenstein’s had an MVP, it’s Big D.

   ♿ Good shop for youth boys and men .. i love the slim line shirts and great styles of apparel available. Always up to date with whats trending I find the staff helpful with my questions . The changing rooms are nice and clean.The suits look modern stylish and affordable affordable .. Also garments on sale and I always find a great bargin there. They accept afterpay and laybuy for payments.

   Best customer service! - Team is always helpful & even helps out with a match fit! - great communication friendly staff. Would recommend this store especially. I've visited a few other stores around Auckland and the staff are just dull Lol they look miserable & not so friendly nor chatty. Would recommend other stores take note & learn from the Northwest team.
