“Just moved to the area and have visited this roast shop two nights in a row now.. best roast shop in Auckland easily in my personal opinion. the way the lady was cutting the fine selected meats had me in a daze while waiting in line and delivered with flavour when devoured. “Most likely the BEST sushi restaurant! When I went there face-to-face, the staff greeted me with a smile and "Hello!". I knew I was gonna have a HUGE tummy after my dinner. Me and my family go here most likely every night! When I asked for tuna sushi without avocados, (I hate avocados don't ask me why.) After 1 minute, I got my order. Fast service! Before I left, I told them I would give them a 5-star rating, which I did! TYSM!!”

“This place serves Western food and drinks as well as Vietnamese dishes with northern Vietnamese flavors. The food here suits my taste. Delicious! The drinks are also great. They decorate the cozy space, look neat and clean. Friendly and helpful service. Thank you! I will be back.”

“Nice Italian restaurant with GF Pasta and Pizza. Pasta portions are huge, I‘ve struggled eating up the main size and ordered this time an entree size, which was a full size portion too. Also nice Italian wines to go with your meal. I can recommend Sangovese. Definitely a nice place to dine in. Bookings might be helpful as this place is well visited”

“First time doing pick up and staff friendly and atmosphere very appealing. Will definitely be dining in soon. We picked up the classics - Pad Thai and Green curry. Both very generous sizes with good proportions of protein and so much flavour. Looking forward to trying out the other options too. Highly recommend.”

“It's not fancy inside but they make the best fish and chips I've had in a very long time. The fish is beautifully fresh. Perfect light, crisp batter, perfect crispy chips and crunchy potato fritters. So delicious. Recommended.”

“Awesome spot, top notch food and at a great price. Everything we ordered exceeded my expectation. The mussels were cooked to perfection in a tasty sauce and the sautéed prawns had a great kick to it that complimented the toasted baguette. These were only the starters! The main dish though was divine. We ordered the pork belly and the steak and ribs combo! The pork belly had the tastiest sauce which pairs with the crispy skin and tender meat perfectly, to top it of the kumara shavings added some crunch and extra flavouring. The mouth watering ribs were soft and succulent, falling off the bone. You think it cant get any better right? But this was paired with a cut of sirloin that was seared on the grill cooked to perfection. The tasty layer of crust holding in those medium rare flavours. Drizzle this in the mushroom sauce mixed with the coleslaw on the side. Taasty! Now hear me out, all this sounds like perfection but to top it off its BYO with the liquorland a minute walk away! Grab that bottle of wine and dine in for great evening you wont regret”

“Wanted pizza and never had been here before and glad we did. Ordered a half half margarita and New Yorker pizza. Seasoning and sauce is flavourful. Not too salty. Could do with more base sauce as it was a little dry but could easily fix with extra sauce option. The dietary options of cheese and gluten free bases is better than I expected. Vegan cheese options. I liked the multiple options of flavours which covered traditional and gourmet flavours. Didn’t get a milkshake but I will next time I get a pizza there.”

“Saturday lunchtime was an awesome quiet chill vibe for us to have a Japanese Meetup event. Karaage Tofu Poke bowl was delicious! And one of the servers was vegan so she helped with some recommendations. Tried the Umeshu Plum wine tasting platter and it was oishiiiiii desu! Worth a visit anytime for lunch or dinner during the week, weekend. Highly recommended.”

“Best place in Wellington for Saturday morning breakfast. I starts at 10 am and they only serve Chole bhature and chhole kulche and tea. Food is really tasty and authentic Punjabi taste.”

“The surroundings are austere, but the food is outstanding - if you are a meat eater (they also have a wide rage of vegetarian dishes) I would recommend the Brisket, it has a touch of aniseed, and would be my personal favourite if it wasn't for the Spicy Ribs, they make my jaw lock just thinking about them. The Orange Beef is good and the deep fried Squid is to die for. There wouldn't be a food establishment in Wellington or probably NZ where you can get great food and great service for $20 a dish. I recommend you go with a few friends, select a dish each and share - you won't be disappointed.”

Great customer service☺️ The Honey chicken honestly just melts in your mouth the rice is fresh and just a high quality takeaway dish very sweet and just perfect couldn’t find any faults. 1/4 chicken and chips and hotdog and potato fritters I would really recommend cooked to perfection oil was clean and fresh deep fried food outstanding portions Areas of improvement - Menu is quite confusing the design needs a reflect the quality and the price your paying for. - shop advertising is outdated. - prices are average now but as long as the quality and quantity stays the same it’s okay. Overall the negatives do not out way the positive amazing food great customer service great quality great food.”
