“The best pizza hut in town!!!!! Kuljinder is the best guy and makes you feel soooooo welcome at his restaurant. If its not the taste of food, it’s his kindness and genuineness that brings people into his store.”
“Perfect and our fave go-to for sushi, beautiful food here, and by far the most affordable sushi in Auckland. The staff here are so inviting and respectful to their customers, always smiling saying hello and thank you. They also have the best prices in auckland 5 star always”
“Yummo! Ok so I love it when Indian fooderies use the thigh or leg meat for butter chicken instead of the breast (which seems dry even when coated in sauce). Thank you Spice Junction! Juicy chicken pieces, great portion size, awesome ratio of chicken to sauce. Naan was on point and the Chicken 65 was satisfyingly spicy! Will definitely Uber order again!”
“Family enjoyed a yummy lunch here. Really nice atmosphere. Good service. Can't go wrong really. Will go back again”
“Had a wonderful Sunday brunch here, the staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and happy, was busy but the food wait wasn’t too long. Mocha was best I’ve had in a long time with a cute picture on the top!! Grabbed some Durban curry biltong and a few SA grocery items!!! Will be coming back to try their bunny chow!!!”
“First time trying a new Indian take out after significant price rises with usual restaurant made us explore other options. Chicken vindaloo, lamb korma and cheesy naan. All were delicious! Husband is a chef with a particular penchant for Indian food, and a tendency to be critical, but he loved it all and said this will definitely be our new regular takeout ☺️”

“Visiting the city and found an excellent spot for exceptional coffee. On a sunny day, the best place to enjoy it is the outdoor terrace upstairs - quieter, more spacious, and refreshingly open, perfect for a leisurely breakfast and long conversations. The service is warm, welcoming, almost joyous, with staff who appear genuinely enthusiastic, accommodating, and efficient. Though the space is compact, the atmosphere is full of heart. Had a very lovely experience here. Thanks Frank’s and Wellington!”
“The breakfast resembled a classic English breakfast, and the mocha had no sugar residue, which was great. The host was lovely too. Overall, it was a perfect 10 out of 10 experience. And he was wearing a football shirt, so more, better”
“they taught me the words to use to avoid getting my cappuccinos with too much milk. honestly if they weren't so close to my work I'd probably quit my job. keep up the good java team!”
“The thw scrambled eggs with salmon roe were delightful. The chives, salty pops of the roe paired perfectly with the koulouri (similar to a Greek bagel). This atmosphere was homey yet sophisticated.”
“Muay bien! A hole in the wall serving the best Mexican in Wellington (and maybe even NZ). Love the delicious soft corn tortillas and that the fillings are all cooked with coconut oil. Perfect takeaways to enjoy a sunny afternoon on the waterfront. Andres the chef who hails from Mexico is an absolute cracker.”
“We were in a pineapple mood, so tried the pineapple stirfry with chicken and a red curry and pineapple with chicken. Both came with a small amount of rice. If you enjoy rice with more than half your bites, order an extra side. The chicken satay skewers were an ok way to start the meal. The real stars were the pineapple dishes! Service is good and the food was delivered quickly.”
“Very hip new wine bar that also does great cocktails. Food is incredible, maybe because it is prepared in the ex-Atlas kitchen, and the wait staff are very attentive. The DJ and pink lighting all make it a cool new place worth checking out!”
“One of our “go to” curry shops. Always good. Always tasty and almost always full. The family that run the place welcome you with a smile and wholesome food. I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed this place already. Must have been too busy eating. The goat curry is a standard (shown) and everything else is good. Don’t hesitate outside. Open the door and go for it. You won’t be disappointed. All at a reasonable price. (They do Deliver Easy)”

“Reallllllly good one , tried many fish and chip most of them taste bad, but this one is good , feel like British fish&chips with competitive price. Highly recommended!”
“Really, really nice food. Beautiful gourmet salads, toasted sandwiches and other cabinet food. Their mini gourmet pizzas are so good. Staff are lovely, and we're very helpful when I asked about allergens. The baker came out to me about the ingredients. They have a lovely range of sweet treats (the almond orange cake is epic) and a good range of vegan treats too (including peanut butter cups and kumara chocolate brownie - both amazing) There's a tablet with an app open to verify your (free) parking you can park without trouble for 2 hours. “Very nice place! The service was excellent! The room was clean, bed comfortable. We had a very nice time. Decoration is “old”, but well maintained and it’s what keeps the character of the place. The restaurant is good as well! Lamb was awesome! You should definitely stay there if you pass by Christchurch.”
“Calm environment, and delicious food, even though it was done on time, was super fast, and the boy who attended us, was patient in explaining the dishes to us, even though I had a broken English”

“Twice we came and twice it was amazing! Serving halal asian food. We ate the tom yum noodles, mee goreng with chicken and sticky rice with fried chicken for lunch and dinner. Definitely recommend the Thai milk tea though, it's really special. Boss lady was so sweet, she gave out brownies to all the diners for free since it was Mother's day. Amazing service and food, definitely worth the stop in Christchurch.”
