   It is standard Chinese-style fried noodles with beef, pork dumplings steamed and pork intestines. The noodles are not overly fried; they are just normal and not particularly unique.

   We ate here for lunch and I cannot believe we didn’t know about this place despite living out west for years!! This place is a true GEM, the noodles are authentic and bouncy texture delicious broth and large portions, lamb skewer soo yummy and fried rice was great too! The service was great, staff were friendly and we were seated right away the place is also very clean and overall such a great spot and I’m glad we are locals! Price wise super affordable! This will definitely be our new “go to” noodle place!

   They specialise in beef, particularly the slow cooked beef - so definitely give that a crack. It’s incredibly tender. The beef sandwhich in the picture and the little bowl of beef chunks were melting in the mouth. Dumplings were also soft and juicy - very nice. I’d definitely eat there again.

   If you’re wanting a place serving hand made noodles, you’ve got to try Jinweide Noodles on Lincoln Road, Henderson. When you enter you’re greeted by lovely staff and a welcoming atmosphere and then the aroma hits you! We got braised beef noodle soup and the broth was so good! It was hot, the noodles were just delicious and the beef just melts in your mouth. You get to choose what sort of noodles you want (I’m glad I took photos of the chef sharing his masterful technique and skills) and have a range of pickled condiments to choose from. The kids got dumplings and chicken noodles and were full! A nice night out with the kids and a nice change from fast food joints and takeaways! It’s quite a small space for seating and parking can be scarce on a Friday or Saturday night so get in early if you can. We’ve been here before and will definitely keep going back!

   Gladly found the best place for noodle soup in West Auckland. Really enjoyed their side dishes as well. Authentic food with clean and modern atmosphere. Only one dissatisfaction is difficulty in finding a parking spot even before 11 am.

   Easily the best beef noodle soup in Auckland. The braised beef noodle soup is fantastic! Noodles are hand pulled and taste great. Restaurant atmosphere is also nice, and staff are really friendly. Totally worth a visit.

   Saturday late lunch. Was able to get parking straight away. Layout of the restaurant is spacious with great lighting. Seating is comfortable and spaced out so you don't feel crowded. You have chilli oil and vinegar on each table, Cutlery and water that you can help yourself to. Very cool being in the place as you get great entertainment with the chef constantly making fresh noodles. You see your food made in front of you then it comes straight to your table. The noodles have a nice bite, with a great garlicky, chili oil and vinegar flavour. If you want some great hand pulled noodles, this is the place for you.
