The sessions with Lawrence have really helped with my core strength, joint stability, endurance and flexibility. It is a great form of recovery but gives you so much more. Lawrence gives you amazing guidance and options to adjust the poses to suit your ability. He clearly has a lot of knowledge on dynamic functional movement and the anatomy. It's also great to be able to access the live zoom sessions as well as an abundance of pre-recorded videos, so you can add in extra strength or recovery sessions whenever it suits.
