   My initial engagement with Joel at Advice Kiwi was pleasant and professional, I trusted his advice, purchased the insurance and then pretty much forgot about it except for the yearly renewal check ins. Then I got diagnosed with cancer. One phone call to Joel enlisted support that went above and beyond what I could have expected. In a very scary and stressful situation his compassion and efficiency took away the financial and bureaucratic side of the stress which allowed me to focus on my recovery. I will be forever grateful and would highly recommend
