   Jodi and her team are some of the best physios I’ve ever worked with. They treated me for multiple injuries, and made a massive effort to understand the biomechanics of my sport (figure skating), even coming to training to observe when it became clear that they were seeing multiple figure skaters in their practice. For me, they rehabilitated a significant ankle injury, and diagnosed and resolved a long term knee pain issue that I had previously seen 2 other physios for with no improvement. If I hadn’t moved overseas, I would be a customer for life. Would highly recommend these guys.

   Highly recommend performance plus physio clinic. Great team. Super grateful for their support and expertise. Always leaning something new, and I definitely wouldn’t be where I am (in terms of recovery for my knee rehab) if I hadn’t had their support. :).

   Best physio in town. Jodi was able to treat my ankle injury and have me recovered in record time. Through the process she was knowledgeable in her explanation of what she was doing and why. I have also seen her for other injuries and she has been able to hit the nail on the head every time. Highly highly recommend physio plus. Every one I know who has been treated by them absolutely raves about the service and skills.

   Google Reviews are legit. Received support from Diana Chen about a running injury which was really fantastic. Appreciated the comprehensive approach to identifying the issue and the communication in helping me to understand the underlying factors. Treatment fantastic and have a good plan to help with self-care and prevention. Very glad I went rather than just riding it out.
