Best to avoid going on Saturdays for prescriptions. I ended up waiting over an hour, even though they'd told me 30 minutes, which already felt excessive for just two medications.
I have been using the Woolworths Pharmacy since it opened and have always received the most excellent service and great information from all staff members. I have had vaccinations there with no fuss at all, and the staff are always happy to help with any health issues and advice. So easy to leave my prescription and do my shopping and then collect my meds before leaving.
Had booked vaccinations for my two kids. Pharmacist was not competent enough to do them. They didn’t think it was necessary to call us to book somewhere else. Perhaps too busy flirting with the male pharmacist to be bothered. Avoid at all costs
Got our vaccinations done today, and Giselle was great. Very caring, informative and quick. Bonus: open on a Sunday.
