We have had great care here over the past few weeks, especially have grown to love Hazel (very easily) and her genuine care and empathetic heart
Rude old lady that works there only wish I knew her name because its disappointing to have someone that doesnt have the people skills to interact with people that come to get equipment to help their elderly mother. Rudest old lady with glasses came on the 21st January. Word of advice be nice in these times everyone is going through something a little bit of kindness goes a long way. Absolutely disgusted with her service.
