Very very bad service, these people should not have a job there it's just disgusting. Havened seen something like this for a long time. My wife almost fainted while waiting there, and in the end still did only halt her medication. You should be ashamed of yourselfs. Four staff standing there scratching there but. I hope that your boss would have a talk with me, and won't be happy when he leaves.

Absolutely atrocious (cant even call it service) After telling them at least 6 times what I was there for including writing the names of the people I was collecting the script for ( there were 2) I then got asked was it for me?, Did I pick items up 2 days ago, they couldn't find the script even though I had received an email to say they had it, so 3 people and 20 minutes later I leave with the prescriptions...or so I thought. My husband gets home from work opens his and says look at this. The bag had a label with his name but NO THEY HAD GIVEN HIM SOMEONE ELSE'S MEDICATION!! Can't wait for the Chemist Warehouse to open in Bayfair
