I was waiting for road side assistance outside after just having to take my pet to the vet and been told she will most likely need to be put down. I was sitting there a long time and really needed a bathroom but couldn't go far as I needed to wait by my car so entered the dr to ask if I could use their bathroom. I totally understand that perhaps its patient only policy, but instead of being told that I first didnt get acknowledged and then was looked at like im disgusting and told to somewhere else. So so rude.
