“I began my labour at the birthing centre in hopes of having a water birth, the room was spacious and comfortable with a large bath. Due to circumstances I had to transfer to the hospital which even tho I was in pain didn’t feel like a big trip to get there, it took 5 minutes max. I returned to the centre and spent two nights to recover with my partner and baby these two nights were crucial for us to be able to ease into understanding the needs of our baby and not stress about anything else. The team over the days and nights were amazing, all so kind and caring. They were very accommodating and willing to help/answer any questions we had. They provided breakfast, lunch and dinner for me and these meals were delicious cafe style nourishing foods! We left feeling so lucky and grateful for our stay. I would 100% recommend to all māmās to consider staying at the birthing centre. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience.”

“I highly recommend the Boutique Physio, Fran who does my 1:1 Pilates is simply amazing, she is so knowledgeable, extremely patient and is doing wonders for my old worn out body. I had my first physio session with Chris, what a legend, I came away feeling like a new woman, despite him putting needles in my butt, which by the way, didn't hurt and worked wonders. Tash also deserves a mention, so helpful, understanding of my overall needs, recommending additional services that can help me on my journey of becoming a fitter, healthier person. My visits are fun, despite the pain and torture of excercise, this coming from someone who hates doing excercise, and the challenges that they have running give me the motivation to keep going.”

“Manly Vet Hospital provided a really nice and smooth experience. They were quick to schedule an appointment for the dog I brought in, and it wasn’t busy at all, which made the process very efficient. Their visit price was reasonable and not overly expensive. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them!”

She explained everything really clearly and was so compassionate and caring that our cat calmed down and I think fell a little in love, she was purring instead of hissing. I don’t feel judgement emanating from her, but sympathy and empathy. The way she has listened to and been accepting of me has helped me in my relationship with my husband and my daughter as I can more easily recognise, accept and be up front about how I am feeling. I am continuing to learn how to communicate these things with them. She has also helped me recognise when my husband is being loving towards me (or not).
