   I’ve been with Ease Insurance for over 5 years, and throughout this time, Andrew has consistently guided us in tailoring the right insurance coverage for our needs. Every year during renewal, he takes the time to review our requirements and patiently addresses all our questions. If he doesn’t have an answer right away, he always gets back to us promptly with the information we need. Andrew is professional, honest, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.    A cancellation request we sent through last year was not actioned with AIA. We are busy and unfortunately didn’t Pick up on this until we received a letter about our anniversary. Ease emailed with a summary email stating we had no redundancy cover but we actually did! Called AIA directly and they received no correspondence about this. Sandy originally was our broker and was great, but didn’t know she left - emailed multiple times including Andrew but got no response. What is going on guys? Lady on the phone kept talking over me and brushing me off. Don’t tell me that you’re going to “cancel it”. It was cancelled last year and I expect a reimbursement.

   I have been with Ease Insurance Brokers for a number of years now and the service is fantastic. Andrew is a true professional and goes the extra mile. I had to make a claim in the last few months and he supported us through the claim from start to finish . I don't live in Auckland all my dealings have been over phone and email and the service is amazing and very efficient

   Over the years I have used a few insurance agents and I found Ease Insurance being the most resourceful and provided me with many selections to suit my needs. They have even gone extra mile to help me change the insurance provider in order to reduce the yearly premium. I was unfortunately hospitalised recently and Ease has helped to claim on behalf and reduce the stress of my family. Thank you and your after sale service is much appreciated.    Andrew is true professional. He helped me to get an Insurance policy and when I had to make a claim, he processed the claim application and ensured that the claim was accepted by the insurance company and was paid out (which is the most important thing). During the whole transition, Andrew was upfront, honest and reliable. His communication was timely and kept me informed on the status. I would very much recommend Andrew for any Insurance related services. 5 stars to you Andrew.
