   I rang Poutiri on fri afternoon, for Treatment of a Staff Member of ours at Tooth Fairy Dental in Te Puke, who is not a patient of Poutiri. I was actually Blown away by the swift service we received from Poutiri, going above and beyond Treatment. Professional, Warm ,Welcoming from Nurse Jean Heeni. Amazing service still happens today, it put my faith back in our Medical system, Thank You Poutiri and Jean for showing your care and kindness in a time of need.

   Such genuinely brilliant service! I changed to Poutiri after such a positive experience when I went through the drive though Vax clinic. I had an appointment today with both a lovely nurse and Dr today and they were so helpful and genuinely caring. Could not recommend them enough!

Very professional with which sevices available, or can be found elsewhere if they are unable for the short foreseeable future. Our appointment professional also very helpful with treatment necessary for our particular problem. A very positive experience and a jewel in the crown for Te Puke.
