She has gone out of her way with scans/trying to find a diagnosis so she can provide the best treatment for the injury. “I can truly say that Dr Spencer is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. As someone with crippling dental phobia I put off going to the dentist for as long as I possibly could and last week I could not put it off any longer. I went to another dentist and they were nice enough but recommended I go somewhere that offers sedation due to my anxiety. Luckily for us we found Hibiscus Care Dental. To my trepidation they called me on Sunday to book a pre-op/treatment consultation for Monday and the procedure for Tuesday. On Monday they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they would be running 10min late (how good!!!) I arrived and was seen almost immediately, Dr Spencer put me so at ease so quickly that I didn't require sedation and even suggested we do the procedure right then despite it being after hours. It was painless and throughout the procedure he was fantastic, checking in on me and giving me updates. In the following days I had concerns and each time I reached out to Dr Spencer he recommended I come in for my own peace of mind. Both times he did a quick check in and let me know all was as it should be. His patience, care and skill has made the whole experience so positive and I won't say my anxiety is completely gone but I have a lot less fear as a direct result of his care.
