    It has been amazing working with Shane the last couple of months. We’ve eased into it with an assessment, then some waking up of the muscles over several sessions and now into a mild circuit to build up the strength. Having seen tonnes of massagers, physios, chiropractors, Osteos etc, I was at the end of my tether. Shane has brought me back to life.     I have been having lower back pain for the past 6 months and I have tried multiple physios, acupuncture and TCM in Auckland as well as in overseas and nothing really works. The problem worsened over time and the pain radiated to my hips and down the legs. I could not sit for more than 10min without pain on my lower back and hips.     I recieved back surgery 13 years ago and have put on weight and lost flexibility in the years since. I started seeing Shane one on one just over 6 months ago at 104kg with alot of physical discomfort, a complete inability to run and a hip surgery on the cards. The training program and dietary advice has built strength & given me a far greater range of motion & fitness. I now look forward to exercising! Frequently enter competitive bike races, run every week, have completed a trail running race and started playing tennis for the first time in over a decade.
