   I have received advice and acupuncture treatment from Virginia at Ponsonby Wellness Centre for sciatica which I've had symptoms for over a year, gradually getting worse, with other types of treatments not really helping or fixing the issue. After 6-8 treatments from Virginia I had amazing improvements, where I finally started to feel normal again with virtually no pain. I couldn't recommend Virginia highly enough. Thank you.

   Virginia has been a huge help to me understanding and dealing with a unique pain I've had in my neck/jaw area since I was young. After countless specialists and treatments non has been as effective as her acupuncture. It's been great to be a client of hers.    I went to see Virginia for troubles with my irregular menstrual cycle. My period came after the first consultation and acupuncture treatment with Virginia, prior to which it had been absent for over three months. My treatment from Ponsonby Wellness Centre consisted of regular acupuncture sessions and herbal medicine. My period has been regular for four months now and it is credit to Virginia’s carefully crafted treatment plan. Virginia's genuine care and commitment made me feel supported and understood and she provided answers where other doctors had none. Since beginning treatment with Virginia, my hormonal cycle and general health and wellbeing has improved immensely. A heartfelt thank you to Virginia for her support and effective treatment methods. I will definitely be coming back to Ponsonby Wellness Centre for all my health problems in the future.

   I have been seeing Virgina for over 2 years. I found her when I was looking for pain relief treatment for chronic lower back pain. Not only did her treatment plan fix the issue with my back, she also worked on my over-all health and balancing my hormones. When it came time for me to start trying for a baby, I credit all the work I had done on my health to being able to conceive quickly and naturally. I continued treatment through out my pregnancy which helped with heartburn, pelvic pains and energy. I had a great birth, but complications after a botched epidural. I saw Virgina a few days after my birth for spinal headaches and she was able to fix the problem within 5 days after acupuncture and herbal medicine. Even my Dr and midwife couldn’t believe the results. Virgina is a very experienced and intuitive therapist. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

   Highly recommended! Went to see Virginia for severe migraine and neck/back issues. She was recommended by 2 friends who had previously seen her along with some family members and they raves on about how good Virginia was and how she fixed all their problems ranging from stomach issues to body aches and pains. I was definitely not disappointed and have been migraine free for over a month now and don't have to rely on strong medication and my neck/back issues are still being worked on due to years of not looking after myself, but is a lot better than before. Virginia is very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. You must go see her if you want to fix those aches and pains!
