I'm adding to this review because I was touched again by their super professionalism and friendliness. I went to their place late Friday afternoon urgently because of the alternator issue and told them that I would need to drive to Auckland Saturday. They figured out the issue instantly and tried very hard to source the parts for my car. I was so glad that the car was nicely fixed and I was able to drive to Auckland safely and happily Saturday morning. Thanks again, guys! “I was told by another repairer that my refrigerator required re-gassing. I rang Jeff to ask whether he does that service and said i will be around in an hour to have a look. He discovered that a recent repair done by another business had wired the fan in the wrong way. So it wasn't cooling the fridge and he corrected it and the fridge is like a new one. Great service Jeff!!”

Contacted the team and they bent over backwards to get the issues resolved, ensure we weren't put out, and got everything sorted the next day. “After shopping, I found that the right rear wheel of the car had an abnormal sound, and then parked in the parking lot in front of the store, just a handsome guy found us, chatted with us enthusiastically and said that he heard the sound of our car, and then helped us check that it may be that the stone was stuck in the brake disc. But he was done with work, he checked it for me and then went back to the shop to get the tools and said see if it could be solved, and then he noticed that there were sawdust stuck in the brakes and helped us get rid of it. He was friendly and communicated with us all the time. And he's off work and he's willing to help solve the problem, and it's free. The service was really good. Very impressed.
