   Excellent service provided by Jeremy and his team. Last week my Volvo XC90 had coolant pipe leakage and I turned up to their service centre. They looked after my vehicle very well and imported the part from Australia. They fixed my car way ahead of time with much lesser charges than dealer would charge. I highly recommend their service for anyone looking for a professional car service at a fair price.

   We really had a great experience! Our campervan broke down, and we weren’t exactly sure what the issue was. The mechanics took the time to run several tests and gave us some very helpful advice. Even though they were clearly busy, they still managed to make time for us. Highly recommended!

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the most unprofessional and stressful experience I have ever had with a business. I had my car serviced here a month ago, I was told my break pads had at least a year left before they were worn and that the car would definitely pass a wof following a $600 service. Today the car failed a wof at AA, AA informed me that if I got the mechanic here to sign the paper confirming the break pads were fine then they were happy to give me a wof. I called this company and informed them of the issue and they asked me to drive from town where I live out to Lincoln to rectify the issue. Once I arrived Andrew removed my tires and showed me the break pads stating he was right and the other guy was wrong, I asked him to sign the paper and he argued with me for 30 minutes refusing to sign anything or rectify anything because it’s “not his problem”. He had no intention of being helpful and wasted everyone’s time by getting me to drive out to Lincoln just so he could stroke his own ego by being more correct than the AA mechanic. Not to mention he was extremely rude, arrogant and offensive. What could be a simple issue turned into a yelling match and no one leaving happy. I have never sworn at someone in their workplace but this man deserves every nasty word in the dictionary.

   Total rip off. They told my friend his front brake pads needed changing before the next WOF when they did a WOF check. I removed both front wheels and the pads were only half worn. This is not my first bad experience of this garage. We had an oil leak and we took our family vehicle in to have it looked at and fixed. They said it was a bad O ring on the drain bung. They cleaned up the drain pan and changed the oil, replaced the O ring and charged us over $200.00. It was still leaking, so we took it back and they said it was now the oil cooler that was leaking and quoted another $400+ to change that. We only took it to the local garage as it was more convenient. So I took it to the mechanic we normally use in Christchurch, and he said the oil cooler was the problem all along. They missed it the first time and did not admit to it. I think the people that leave good reviews either had simple jobs done, or are not mechanically minded at all and don't know they are being ripped off for unnecessary work carried out. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE FOR YOUR CAR SERVICING!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!
