Specially my phone was answered within 1st attempt and appointment booked without any problem.In couple of days again I made call to know my test results as somehow it wasn’t showing on “Manage my Health” app and Dr.Karthak was the one who picked up the call and He transfer my call to Practice Nurse Jennifer then I provided my details and within 2 minutes I received my results via email which was prompt & hassle free and she followed up until my all queries solved .
