Sue is great her cuts are the best I've found in a long time, customer service great and so friendly. She even opened up especially to cut my hair when she was supposed to be decorating.
It is not 5 Stars !!!!!! Its is no stars! So I went for a style cut at this salon & took a photo of myself with a bob cut from a previous time. She spoke to me as if she understood how to cut curly hair. She proceeded to continue with the process of cutting & it appeared to be SATISFACTORY but did not refer to the photo I had provided for guidance. It was blowwaved & straightened , then recut more to supposedly complete the style. The outcome was one side cut differently to other side & thinned less than other side Hunks out of the bottom back of hair etc. I Had to visit another hairdresser who struggled to even out my hair & it is still work in process. An experience never to be repeated.
Worst Hair dressers I have ever been too. Ruined my hair been almost 2 years of treatment to fix what she did. She has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Needs major up skilling
Worst hair colour ever. Block colour - with foils. Almost orange on top. Never got the roots. Spent another $180 to fix today somewhere else. Said she couldn’t put comb through my hair as it was so notty. Never had my hair coloured and washed out and a stylist could not put a cone through my hair. So she dried it and then cut it dry when it was very curly so now it is uneven. Underneath there was half an inch of roots not even coloured with the foils and base. $160? I don’t think so. Could I go back and get it fixed, probably but I will never go back there again
Burn scalp from blonding orange hair out come. Very disappointing . Would not trust her to try and fix it. Frizzy ends. Sue was very polite and nice lady but would not trust again as a hairdresser. Gave me a small sachet treatment pack to sort burnt frizzy ends.. Over all not good.
Great cut but blonde was done so poorly, went back for a fix up which was done free of charge only to come out with fried ends (after I suggested we avoid them), burnt tops of ears, patchy hair and patches on the back of my head where bleach wasnt meant to be done, and not even told by her that she had made this mistake. My partner took a photo of my shaved part of hair that wasnt meant to be bleached and it looks like a leaopard print, totally disappointed. I am an understanding person that gets mistakes happen but letting someone walk out like that without owning your mistake is just poor business. Will not recommend.
