   Got in at 5:30. Waited for my turn. Get to 5:45 and the barber says oh you’re not in queue, nobody else was in the shop. Said happy to wait and if the person doesnt show up, I can take his spot. Barber says no point waiting I have to close at 5:50 anyway. Why was this not communicated at the start?

   Good haircut but not so good customer service. I think I have had good experiences with the haircut from kiwi barbers in other places. When I was there both were Filipinos barbers. I got my new piercings but he didn’t treat it well. I wouldn’t come to this one again. Hopefully some improvements or new barbers.

   This is not the first time I’ve been turned away for reaching between 4-4:30pm to cut my hair. It is ridiculous to even think that a business would turn away a customer and is reflective of poor customer service. The store is supposed to close at 6pm, but the barber just felt like leaving at 5pm on a whim. He took his last customer at 4:15pm and I entered the shop just as that last customer sat in the chair. Not to mention that I had also been waiting outside the shop for over 15mins earlier at 2pm the same day. Either hire more barbers or shut down your business if you can’t service your customers.

   Will just watch you waiting outside and not let you in. Came at 10 to 9, still waiting outside at 9:20 and they just watch you and don’t care. Happened the last 3 times I’ve come here - last time the bloke scratched up my neck too.
