I’ve had contact with a few staff members when coming in to collect items or when browsing, and have been impressed by their friendliness every single time. More recently, I had purchased an office chair which had a few pieces missing. I went in store on Tuesday afternoon to see what the following steps would be, and was happy to hear that the missing pieces could be shipped out within three days max! However that afternoon, I was contacted by Peter, whom clarified the exact pieces I needed and hand delivered them to my house the very next day, less than 24 hours after raising the issue!
