Bought lovely sofa from Stacks. After a few months feathers started poking through some cushions. Duncan collected the cushions and relined them...great customer service!
The staff at Stacks were extremely helpful. I would shop there again but not online. Don’t buy this particular chair it’s uncomfortable after sitting in it for a hour or so it’s equivalent to sitting on a long haul flight.
We ordered 2 armchairs here earlier this year, and we are very happy with our purchase! The service was great. They were very accommodating and helpful in the shop when we were picking fabrics, and responsive to emails / questions after purchase while we waited for the chairs to be made. After delivery, one of the chairs had a small issue we discovered and they came to pick it up, repair and deliver it back to us within just a few days, no hassle, no difficulty. Will definitely buy here again!
We were replacing our twenty year old couch and although that was slightly nerve wracking every single Stacks staff member was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable they made it so easy. The couch is amazing! We also got an entertainment unit. All extremely good quality and fairly priced. We’re extremely happy. Thank you!!
The literal best, stunning furniture, great variety, well priced, fantastic service and super quick delivery - ordered last Friday and it arrived Tuesday! They even assembled it and the delivery driver was so lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you so so much!
I bought a custom-made couch, which I am incredibly happy with. It is very comfortable and I was able to get it exactly how I wanted it. I've also bought a smaller item of furniture in the past that was also great.

Fantastic service. We ordered two couches using their bespoke service - choose your frame, your fabric, softness of your seat cushions, etc. Really well priced compared to other furniture stores - and the added bonus of designing exactly what we wanted!
