   Bought a bed with a built in long drawer. They sent me a bed with 2 small drawers. They made me buy a mattress protector and said if I didn’t, they wouldn’t cover the warranty. They didn’t deliver mattress protector with the bed so I had to go into town and pick it up. They came up with a lame excuse for that. They initially refused to deliver to my house 5 km away but after an argument they agreed. When I told them they had sent me the wrong bed/drawer, the first guy denied responsibility and told me I should have told him when he dropped the bed off. I told him the bed was wrapped up! He started yelling at me and told me I didn’t know the whole story, and it wasn’t his fault. I yelled at him, so he yelled more and we were shouting at each other in the store, as he denied all responsibility for the wrong bed. I told him to sort it out. He got the manager to call me, who said he was trying to do me a favour by giving me 2 small drawers. I told him he hadn’t listened to me. Eventually, after I confronted him, he finally took responsibility. I am so unimpressed. The customer service is atrocious, unprofessional, manipulative, and they are out for themselves. Would never buy from them again. I DO NOT recommend this store or people.
