   Great customer services, nice, helpful, and friendly staff. Great value for money with an amazing range of products they carry. Some of their products are super creative from Auckland or China. Currently having a small show room but they are going to move to a bigger place soon, so more products can be on display then. Looking forward to more creative products.

   This review is about the Chicken coop I bought from the wellington store. - Don't believe the review's in there website all 5 star reviews are fake/paid reviews. - This a toy chicken coop (not for real chickens), like a toy kitchen set for kids. - Not sturdy enough, careful if you trip on it will be broken, It cannot hold 6 chickens as mentioned, may be 4 in this tight space at max (Poor chickens), Overall housing size inside is 2.6sq.ft  (the general rule is at least 2 square feet of floor space per chicken inside the coop) not sure how they mentioned suitable for 6 chickens. - Roosting bars are 1 inch square, its a joke(maybe for sparrows not for chickens) Sale/online chat not helpful/no response, I even offered to return it with a loss of 50%($200) from my pocket as it is no use for me. to donate it to be displayed in the shop so others don't make the same mistake I did by just seeing reviews on their website.

   Great store, huge variety at good pricing with friendly helpful service. Just bought an office chair. We've had one of theirs for a while and they are great chairs. Hence being a repeat customer. There are a variety of different styles to suit different body shapes with a variety of price levels. All with adjustable just about everything and optional aspects, like head rests. I can't go past the lumbar support and durability. Thanks Lower Hutt branch!
