Shannon has seen several of my dance students and also they have taken her pilates classes and I can highly recommend her services. Shannon is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable in what she does. Her one on one sessions are great and she explaines everything very well then makes a home plan to keep up with the exercises. My daughter also loves her dance pilates classes. Highly recommend seeing her if you have a budding dancer!
