   I’ve been going to Mount Pilates for about 18 months and try never to miss my weekly class. With only 4 per class, the exercises can be tailored to suit individuals and Leyla is hands on with corrections to posture and form. We always have some fun and leave feeling better than when we arrived. Can not recommend highly enough. Soooo good

   I love so many things about coming to Mount Pilates. The classes are small (max 4 people), the instructors adapt exercises willingly based on how your body feels that day and they also teach you to trust your body and push a bit harder than you thought possible! I've gained strength and flexibility and love the way I feel after every class. I simply love it!

   A boutique Pilates Studio with small classes and high quality reformers. The teachers are all trained and highly skilled, during sessions individual adjustments are the norm. I've been going for two years and it is the best health and fitness investment I've experienced, it's friendly and fun at the same time keeping my back and hip issues totally away.
