“The new patient on board process with simple. The booking was easy and quick. Jack helped me extracted two rotten teeth. He was quick and made the process almost painless despite the teeth broken during the extraction, added much complication. After that, I was unfortunately to have infection. He didn't just give it a wash, some antibiotics and send me home. He called up a few hospitals to make sure I'm okay. It sucks that I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital due to the swelling, but I know I'm safe and in good care here compare to being at home. For the affordable price doesn't match the professional care you get, highly recommend!”

“Just been to Lumino The Dentists in Pukekohe for my first ever filling at 38 years old. Until I was 27 I saw a dentist at least once a year. Then I had kids and doing things like the dentist dropped off the list of things to do. If I had continued to see a dentist regularly, I likely would not need this filling, so back to annual dentist visits and biannual visits with the hygienist. However, the positive today is I had an absolute amazing experience with Gurleen and Shirley. They were knowledgeable, kind, kept me informed of what was happening, plus I got a forehead massage and absolutely no pain during the procedure. While the wonderful Gail kept an eye out on my kids as they watched a movie. When I heard my youngest cry, Shirley dashed out to check on her and kept me updated on the kids. Plus hygienist Stephanine was amazing earlier this month too. So this is your reminder to a) priorities yourself you are important and/or b) book your dentist appointment as your regular health care. Dentist are not just for emergency care. Which means I highly recommend Lumino the Dentist in Pukekohe!”

“Amazing experience!!! Stan and his beautiful assistant looked right after me! I have both a needle phobia and I've had a couple of bad dental experiences. Stan's calming demeanor and professional reassuring attitude relaxed me from the beginning.... from walking in so nervous and anxious to looking forward to my next Wednesday appointment with Stan! Who would have thought!? The lovely receptionist was so caring from when I walked in to calling up the next day to check on me! “Had a sensitive tooth was looked at by another dentist but unresolved so looked at options, came across Richard at Victoria Dentist, I took his advice and booked a check up, good value, he assessed and confirmed the tooth causing the issue, gave me my options, rescheduled me, I returned and had the tooth repaired (composite), good pain relief, very thorough, took photos of the cracked tooth, repaired, good communication, pain now gone, very happy with the result, will return for a clean.
