Lydia was absolutely amazing, truly a gem we’ve found. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the concerns we raised and provided clear guidance and advice on how to move forward. She went above and beyond by referring us to the right professionals who can further assist us. We’re very grateful for her support. Receptionists Kate was lovely and very accommodating.

Excellent experience with the Wellington Dentists. This is my second visit with the hygienist and the service is outstanding! I’m an anxious patient with sensitive teeth, but I feel cared for and looked after here. The team are knowledgeable and highly skilled! Highly recommend Wellington Dentists.

The paediatric team are above and beyond. This was the first time my 8yo had dental work done and she didn’t even realise she’d had a tooth pulled! There was a tv, there was a wall of cool sunglasses and the room was set up so well. I highly recommend!

Jay was so professional and kind. She really went above and beyond talking me through everything she was doing and making me feel comfortable knowing I had some anxieties about coming in for my hygienist appt. I really appreciated that she gave me the option to take a break when needed, and educating me on things I can do going forward!

Friendly, relaxed receptionists greet you when you enter. Young children are provided with puzzle or drawing activities to do while they wait. An interesting feature in the reception area is a large photo of the famous Beatles group taken from a balcony on this building where they stayed during their tour. It was called Saint George’s Hotel at the time. My aunt was one of the receptionists and managed to get the autographs of all of the band except Paul McCartney. My dentist Dr Jeff Jones has looked after my teeth for many years He is excellent and all of the dental assistants are extremely capable.

I rarely post reviews but I wanted to share my experience. Dentists are expensive so you need to know where you are spending your money. I had been having very severe toothaches on and off and on the 11th July, I went to Wellington Dentists. Although the pain was coming in waves, at the time my tooth was okay and I could tell the dentist was a little confused. When they suggested I might be over brushing, the dental assistant snorted with laughter. I stared at her and she just carried on. When the dentist mentioned it again, again she snorted with laughter. I think it goes without saying that this was rude, condescending, and wildly unprofessional. I felt extremely embarrassed and I have no interest in going back here. I've since gone to another dentist who helped address my issue and has come up with a plan if it gets worse again. I'm sure this isn't common, or I hope this isn't but I felt the need to share this. Please do not let this happen to another patient again, it can be hard enough seeking healthcare without being absolutely mocked in the process.

Haven’t been to a dentists for 20years due to anxiety! Went to today and they were super friendly and understanding. I felt super calm and looked after, all the team members I met were amazing, especially Dentist Laura who was incredibly lovely, kind and professional and gave me so much confidence to go back.

Definitely one of my Wellington highlights. Got response to my email request next morning (on the weekend), had a call and the ladies suggested dentist Laura. They were able to assess and suggest treatment by my x-ray provided by me in the email. Got the best price offer without unnecessary sedation suggested by the other doctors. Dr Laura was great - friendly, encouraging, professional - quick and easy extraction of the upper wisdom tooth. Incredibly quick and pleasant healing process. Couldn't be happier, couldn't recommend more.

Great dentist. Very hygienic and receptions, dental assistants and dentists are above & beyond lovely!! Went in for a check-up with wisdom teeth concerns and was lucky enough to get them both removed due to time after my booking! So stoked, really would recommend 10/10

On holiday from the US I chipped a lower front tooth in Rotorua. Our next stop was Wellington so I found this dental group, and based on their excellent reviews I booked. It was very convenient to use their online appointment system which I could confirm by email. Their practice was also a 10 minute walk from our hotel. I saw Dr. Emily Sutton who was excellent. Very professional and friendly I was at ease immediately. She did an exam and we discussed how she would proceed to repair the tooth. Start to finish it was 30 minutes. Her assistant was also excellent. The fee was very reasonable compared to US dental costs. My visit notes came to my email within an hour so I can file with my dental insurance when I return home. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you need dental care while traveling in Wellington.
