Very disappointed I waited a week for my appointment. Then waited in waiting room for 35 mins then get told oh we dont have time today and they leave me with no front tooth. I would not recommend anyone to this clinic
I had two teeth extracted at lumino darfeild and found the whole process to be very efficient, painless and friendly. I can't praise the dentist highly enough, she was great.
Took day off work today for first appointment for a root canal only to be told they were closed. No phone call. No text. No email. They have all my details. Receptionist tried to justify herself by showing me a blank diary on computer. What was thay supposed to achieve? Waited over 4 weeks with a throbbing tooth. I don't cry but I did today. Have now found another dentist in Chch. Only 1 star because I can't give them a zero rating.
