He was transparent, honest and caring throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and providing me with guidance on toothcare. The level of service provided by both the dentist and receptionist was exceptional. They were both polite, hospitable and patient throughout the entire procedure, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The clinic's equipment and facilities were all kept clean and hygienic, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. The electronic house music playing in the background was an unexpected but welcomed addition, as it helped to take my mind off the dental work being done. After the procedure, I was given explicit and sound guidance on how to take care of my teeth, which included recommendations on floss type and brand, as well as techniques. This level of attention to detail and care was greatly appreciated.”
