“Had a sensitive tooth was looked at by another dentist but unresolved so looked at options, came across Richard at Victoria Dentist, I took his advice and booked a check up, good value, he assessed and confirmed the tooth causing the issue, gave me my options, rescheduled me, I returned and had the tooth repaired (composite), good pain relief, very thorough, took photos of the cracked tooth, repaired, good communication, pain now gone, very happy with the result, will return for a clean. “We had the sad and hard decision to put our dog to sleep. Mobile vets were so kind and understanding from start to finish. They arrived and had a nice genuine chat asking how we had come to the decision and confirmed this was the kindest option for Max in his old age. Vet and vet nurse talked us through what would happen. They were so patient and we never felt rushed. They gave us time with Max after and could tell they genuinely cared. Highly recommend as Max was relaxed and in his home when he went.”

“Thank you to the Team at The Dentists Whanganui in particular Jino. I turned up for the appointment with massive toothache and was accompanied by a girlfriend as I was terrified to walk in the door. From the very beginning Jino put a tearful lady at ease and made her very comfortable. He formed a plan for my teeth health and then met with my husband and I to explain every procedure that was recommended and why it was recommended. There was no pressure from Jino to have the work completed. Cut a long story short it took nine visits to Jino and one of those was with sedation. I had 3 extractions, 4 fillings and 6 crowns completed. I could not have done this without Jino’s compassion and understanding. He understood that for some just gathering the strength to walk in the door is going to be the hardest thing they do that day. Throughout each visit Jino was patient with me when I needed a bit of a moment and explained each step as he was completing the procedures. To anyone who has not been to the Dentist in a very long time due to being scared of the Dentist ….. Jino is the Dentist to visit.”
