We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Otago Orthodontics. Emily and her entire team are not only highly professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind and friendly. From the very beginning, the costs were clearly explained, and our treatment plan included all appointments with no unexpected surprises. Despite the busy schedule that they have, they try hard to cater for every customer with upmost respect and are accountable for when even the slightest slip up is made. I complete most of my (adult) orthodontics treatment here and the team was very friendly and professional. I unfortunately had to transfer overseas for the final part of my treatment. I can honestly say Otago Orthodontics was far better than my next place.
