   Thank you to the Team at The Dentists Whanganui in particular Jino. I turned up for the appointment with massive toothache and was accompanied by a girlfriend as I was terrified to walk in the door. From the very beginning Jino put a tearful lady at ease and made her very comfortable. He formed a plan for my teeth health and then met with my husband and I to explain every procedure that was recommended and why it was recommended. There was no pressure from Jino to have the work completed. Cut a long story short it took nine visits to Jino and one of those was with sedation. I had 3 extractions, 4 fillings and 6 crowns completed. I could not have done this without Jino’s compassion and understanding. He understood that for some just gathering the strength to walk in the door is going to be the hardest thing they do that day. Throughout each visit Jino was patient with me when I needed a bit of a moment and explained each step as he was completing the procedures. To anyone who has not been to the Dentist in a very long time due to being scared of the Dentist ….. Jino is the Dentist to visit.

   I’ve recently seen Sue at the dentists. She has been amazing! I’ve had a lot of fears around going to a dentist from past experiences. I’ve also needed a lot of work done but really was too afraid to go. I’ve dealt with tooth ache on an off for years. That bad that it’s wiped me out from basic every day responsibilities. With the support an encouragement of family I went to my first appointment with Sue. Firstly I want to point out the energy an atmosphere in there is incredible. Very welcoming and calming feeling, instantly felt safe and relaxed. Sue was very reassuring and supportive and understanding of my concerns. I felt heard and seen. The work that she done in my sessions have been outstanding. During the procedures she was consistently communicating with me and letting me know what she was about to do or had done. She fixed a horrible filling that was on my front tooth that has always made me feel insecure. Now it’s that perfect I couldn’t even tell what tooth it was that she had fixed. Blended in so perfectly! I’m extremely impressed with the overall experience from the receptionists, dental assistants and Sue. I highly recommend “The dentists” as the place to go where you’ll feel safe and great results!

   My teeth used to be terrible, I had negleted them for soo long but my Dad put me onto Dr. Sue Cheah and she restored my teeth, I can smile again and wow!! She did a amazing job! I was anxious about going to the dentist before, Dr. Sue made me feel so relaxed and was very gentle, now I look forward to going! Thank you soo much Sue, you've changed my life!

The outcome is truly exceptional & has far exceeded my expectations. Dr Lin is a highly skilled professional, clearly dedicated to his work. Dr Lin through his calm, empathetic nature has enabled me to move through my fear of dental treatment & I now journey each day with new found confidence & just love the return of my beautiful smile that he has re created.
