“I have had the privilege of both of my children attending Montessori Children's House for their preschool years (3-6). Both children left Montessori for primary school with amazing foundations in reading, writing and maths. Not only this, but the environment and opportunities that Montessori provides to be creative, sporty and to explore nature and science, has been instrumental in allowing my children to become well rounded and ready for the world. The facilities are fantastic and the teaching team and management are supportive, kind and caring. The children and I found it very difficult to leave when it came time for primary school.”

“My son started at All about Children right after he turned 1 & his transition was so hard as all transitions are. But shortly after that he settled in so well in the under 2’s room. He is thriving and has learnt & continues to learn so much !! I am extremely grateful for this centre that has provided a home outside his home for him to grow in the most positive way possible !! Kaiako Heather manages the under 2’s room & she is a wahine Toa, loving, kind, wise, comforting all while being firm to teach our babies healthy & positive emotions. Being a new mother you never know what centres is the best for your child & are sometimes unsure if you can trust these centres. Over time I have learnt day after day why I made the right decision to enroll my boy into All about children Avondale. AAC also provides a booklet for your child and they update it with what bubba has had for morning tea, lunch & arvo snack. Along with the nappies they have used. They also leave notes on how your child has progressed during the day. The friendly Kaiako’s never stop working hard for our leaders of the future. Knowing that the team at AAC is providing our babies with a nurturing upbringing outside of home is such a great feeling. I never stress once I’ve dropped my son to daycare because I can trust he’s being taken care of by AAC kaiako’s If you are thinking about bringing your child to All about children specifically Avondale branch. “My child has been going to this centre since 11 months old, currently in the Kindy room (Forest Kindy Program). An absolutely fantastic centre, my child has enjoyed every step of the way through with excellent learning and development opportunities for her. The Forest Kindy Program has been one of the highlights during her time there, being able to get out in nature - she calls it her forest adventures! Thank you so much to all the teachers and staff she has engaged with along the journey, all so caring the supportive. I particularly enjoy getting the updates on the app of her learning and experiences.”

“We initially chose All About Children Naenae because it was a smaller centre and had a nice large outdoor space compared to our previous centre. It was OK when we started but we did have a few doubts that we had made the right move. Since the new centre management has come in it feels more organised and structured and we feel really happy with our decision. The staff have been awesome especially over the COVID-19 lockdown and the communication has been excellent.”

“The staff here are extremely caring and nurturing!! After having to move daycares over 1.5 years ago I was worried about both of my children not being able to settle. However, my daughter who is extremely introverted, began to thrive within weeks here as they picked up on the things that helped her feel safe and comfortable straight away. I have always felt so supported by the team, including the owner shaz and management team. Everyone has been so flexible with our changing routine and shared custody arrangement between both me and the kids dad. Very grateful for the aroha that pours from this centre.”

“We visited a lot of daycares in the area and chose the YMCA because we loved the community feel. The kids are always out and about, taking part in activities and visiting places like the gym, library and park. Our daughter took some time settling in but the teachers have been wonderful with her and now she has really found her feet and has made some great friends. We love the Y :)”

“Our 2 year old daughter started here 3 months ago and we are absolutely thrilled with this centre. It’s a wonderful, big, happy and exciting environment for the kids while also being surprisingly calm, and the teachers are truly wonderful. They have all been so kind and caring and have really helped to ease the transition for our daughter who has been nervous about starting kindy. You can tell that they are all truly caring and wonderful teachers. The centre also has a great routine with the kids and is well managed and privately owned which I think is a big benefit. Highly recommend.”

“We have had the pleasure of crossing paths with JP a few times but we finally got to work closely together for the IKEA Opening. JP is absolutely fantastic and really got the crowd working and people laughing. He's got a marvellously funny energy and brought so much magic and joy to the people waiting in queue, and then roamed about instore with his lights. Would highly recommend you grab him while he's available as a magician, circus performer, balloon artist- basically a jack of all trades for your next event!! Can't wait to work together again JP- you made the long hours sooooooo fun and jept us entertained too!!”
