   We couldn't be happier with our experience at New Shoots daycare. They have been amazing from the start with lots of activities and great communication, which makes everything so easy for us parents. Our son’s journey here has been nothing but great and enjoyable. When he first started, he didn’t speak any English at all, but thanks to their patience and support, he’s now very outgoing and has lots of friends. All the staff are super welcoming and made our son feel like he’s always loved, which helped him so much. He loves all the teachers, and the care and attention they give to each child is just amazing. We always feel informed and involved in his progress. I highly recommend New Shoots to any parents looking for a daycare that really cares!

   My daughter started in this centre when she was three months old. I can't describe in one review all the love and support we received. The transition was very easy. She is now a one year old, and her face brightens up everytime we drop her off. It's a lovely inclusive environment. The teachers and professional staff always seem to be happy, confident and know what they are doing. For me personally hygiene is very important, and I found some other local places shocking. The New Shoots premises are always nice and clean. And the food! Their chefs are the best!!

   New Shoots has been a great daycare for my kids. The staff both teaching and admin are very engaged with all of the parents and children. The atmosphere is very welcoming and my kids have made some amazing friendships. The teachers are very engaging and always have fun and engaging activities for the kids.

   I have way too many good things to say about this wonderful centre, how do I even start!? I've had both my boys go in from 5months old and each teacher has helped immensely with every transition. The nutritious food, good quality wipes and nappies provided by the centre, helps busy parents not to worry about what to pack for the day (just some spare clean clothes for messy play!). The teachers are caring and supportive, and they were always extremely respectful to my families beliefs and values. Thank you for everything New Shoots!! Love you guys to bits.

   My child has been going to this centre since 11 months old, currently in the Kindy room (Forest Kindy Program). An absolutely fantastic centre, my child has enjoyed every step of the way through with excellent learning and development opportunities for her. The Forest Kindy Program has been one of the highlights during her time there, being able to get out in nature - she calls it her forest adventures! Thank you so much to all the teachers and staff she has engaged with along the journey, all so caring the supportive. I particularly enjoy getting the updates on the app of her learning and experiences.

   The teacher's accent was so weird that I couldn't understand what he was saying at all. The attitude is also very bad. There is not enough care for children. This kindergarten has not received a review for many years. Until a few hours after I posted it, this kindergarten has an extra five-star rating. It is really disgusting to write positive reviews by yourself. Exposure to this kind of kindergarten is the greatest respect for other responsible kindergartens.
