   MCH was the best welcoming our child could have had to New Zealand. Kind and active teachers that nurture kids' curiosity and help them create strong friendship bonds with their colleagues and staff. We felt this school provided us with the village we missed, being away from our families and friends. Highly recommend!

   Montessori Children's House is an amazing place for children. It's incredibly welcoming and the teachers make every child feel valued. I once mentioned that I was teaching my son to do up his own five point carseat harness and I knew he had all the skills to do it, but he seemed to lack confidence. The next day after picking him up, he got into the car and proudly did up his own seatbelt! The staff had found a harness activity similar to his seatbelt and he had been practicing! This is just one example of how Montessori focus on the needs of every individual child. As a parent, I liked that each child got one on one time with an adult every day. After the child turns five they get "5 year old time" which is more traditional (reading, writing, maths) education time each morning. My son stayed until he was five and a half and I was really impressed with what he was learning (he is especially interested in numbers). I am looking forward to when my youngest child is old enough to go to Montessori, I know she will thrive there.

   I have had 3 children go through Miramar Montessori Children's House. There are lovely routines, thematic studies, life enrichment activities and good early literacy teaching. The environment is calm, supportive and a great place for children to learn and thrive. We highly recommend this centre.

   My son started MCH last year and we are so happy we made the move. He’s come from a childcare centre where there has been a lot of change and turnover of teachers. At MCH there’s consistency in their approach and they have a commitment to providing the children with a safe and stimulating environment for them to development. The teachers are kind and friendly. They have a great indoor setup and outdoor space. We’re really enjoying seeing our sons learning develop since he’s arrived.

   Both our boys attended Montessori Children’s House in Miramar. It is such an amazing early childhood centre. The dedicated and gifted teachers create a calm and positive environment where the children thrive and the school community flourishes. It’s been such a great experience for our family.

   Sue and her team are amazing, I could not recommend Montessori Children’s House more highly. My son loved every minute of his two years there - he has entered school well prepared with all the skills he needs to learn effectively and has developed a wonderful, curious mind and a thirst for knowledge. The environment is rich with learning opportunities and the staff are so wonderful and dedicated to their students. We really miss Montessori Children’s House now we have moved on, and feel so privileged to have been part of it.

   I have had the privilege of both of my children attending Montessori Children's House for their preschool years (3-6). Both children left Montessori for primary school with amazing foundations in reading, writing and maths. Not only this, but the environment and opportunities that Montessori provides to be creative, sporty and to explore nature and science, has been instrumental in allowing my children to become well rounded and ready for the world. The facilities are fantastic and the teaching team and management are supportive, kind and caring. The children and I found it very difficult to leave when it came time for primary school.
