   My children and I have had a wonderful experience with Newshoots. The staff are always friendly and genuinely care about the kids. They provide nutritious meals and snacks, and the flexible drop-off and pick-up hours make life so much easier. I really appreciate the extra care tailored to each child’s individual needs and the growing number of fun excursions. It’s a warm, supportive community that our family is grateful to be part of!

   I couldn’t recommend a better childcare centre for our son! New Shoots Bayfair have the most loveliest teachers and offer such a warm and caring environment. I take my son to daycare knowing he is going to have an amazing day, is safe and happy, is learning new things constantly and making gorgeous wee friends. The staff across the board are super friendly and are always there to chat with and support our family. And did I mention the food! Nutritious meals 3 times a day is a game changer and I pick my son up knowing he’s eaten well and eats such a wide variety of foods. I couldn’t be happier with making the decision for him to go to New Shoots. I’d happily recommend them always! Knowing my son is happy, safe, fed, nurtured and loved is the best feeling and New Shoots provides this daily.

   I have 3 children currently attending and the kids love it there. They are all treated as individuals and they're learning and growing so much. The centre provides meals that offer a good range of foods and healthy! There is open communication with teachers and center director and the teachers genuinely care for the kids and make amazing connections. We love it.

   My son has been at New Shoots since he was 15 months and we have had such a great experience the entire time. The staff are all super lovely and caring, and the food they offer is next level - so good knowing our child gets nutritious meals, that I don’t have the time to make. They always put on thoughtful treats for things like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc which is such a nice bonus. Our second is due in a few months and we will definitely be putting them on the waitlist asap. Highly recommend :)

   Both of our kids have attended New Shoots Bayfair, we love how caring the staff are. Thoughtful provocations and learning stations are made up each day that cater to the interests of the kids. All staff are super friendly and approachable- and they are provided with nutritious kai by their centre chef. We love how they can move between each room freely and how they have their key carer that they are attached to. Super happy with our decision to send our children here, highly recommend!

   We have been with New Shoots Bayfair from the very first day they opened in June 2020. I have two children attending the centre and I have been able to watch them grow and flourish from all the love and support of the teachers over the past 8 months. It’s a very well run centre as the staff are top notch. This is hands down the main reason we love this pre-school so much. Below are a few of the other things we like: (1) the decor and choice of toys and materials the children play and engage with are high quality (2) The outdoor area is open to all the kids to share. That means big kids and little kids interact and learn from each other. My youngest is often found playing with or near his big sister almost daily. (3) Full-time chef cooking healthy meals daily. This is so important as we don’t have to worry about the kids getting the right nutrition. My oldest will often talk about her trying new veggies or foods at school that day. (4) Teachers. I have mentioned this already but the teachers here are really amazing. You can just see how it reflects in all the children. The love and care they give allows the children a safe and loving place to learn and grow. My children really have flourished under their care and I am so grateful to have found this centre.

   New shoots bay fair have been amazing with my 3 year old son who is allergic to dairy,egg, peanut and cats. They have there own chef who makes amazing nutritional meals. All teachers are lovely and we are very happy. They have a realy good set up for all age groups and it is realy clean and heaps of different indoor out door toys my son loves it.

   Both my kids attend this Centre - all educators are lovely and we are very happy. I really enjoy the diversity of this Centre as the educators have quite different personalities, ages and backgrounds. My youngest had a few issues settling in and everyone was amazing trying to accommodate him to make him happy, he surely got lots of cuddles. The kids have great resources to play with and it puts our toys at home to shame! The outside area seems small-ish (like most daycare Centre's in cities...we are still not used to it as we moved from a regional place), but it's big enough for the kids to go wild and the spaces have been designed really clever to make the most of it. All age-groups share the outside area, which I think is great as kids get to interact with different age-groups (and siblings can play together) and also gives the kids one big outside area, rather than 5 tiny ones. The menu sounds amazing and it's such a relief not having to worry about lunch boxes, while knowing that the kids get great food. Most days I would prefer their menu over my lunch!
