“My son Zack Knox, helps out there and DJS up at level one. The family at cru bar and level one are so nice and friendly. Always keen to help. Definitely go to either of them when you can! Make it your new local!”
“What a delightful property and host couple. We had everything we needed and more, very homely and in a rural setting close to town and the airport by car. It was roomy and warm, with lots of thoughtful touches. We enjoyed talking to Jeanette and Tom. Make sure to visit the Royal Albatross Centre whilst you're there too,a great day out. Recommended.”

“We spent three nights at this fantastic location with bush and water views overlooking the Otago Peninsula. Close to the quaint Portobello Village with pub, cafes and restaurants as well as easy drive to Penguin Place, Monarch Cruise and Albatross Centre. Comfortable bed, big bath, well equipped with everything you need. Shaun is a wonderful host, very welcoming and informative about the local area. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved the bird table and birds that came to visit.”
