“Very glad to have my six year old here for the past year. Damien and the whole team are great at building up mobility, body awareness, confidence, and technique in kids of all ages from what we've seen. Our 6 year old loves going and we like supporting him to have such a wonderful life skill. We also enjoy watching the older kids roll who clearly know a thing or two. Overall a great team and culture. No matter what your age or ability, check out Gracie Allegiance. Update: my youngest who is nearly 5 just started and loves it. What a great program, amazing coach, and big facility. Update 2 - three years of being here - both my boys go to competitions and do amazing. Have fun, technically learning lots, and building confidence. We're moving out the area and are going to be really bummed to leave Damian and the team here.”

“HB ITF is a great training centre led by a very professional instructor Ben Evens. He is positive about what he teaches to all of his students and insures everyone learns the real Taekwon Do in the right way. He is fair and kind and gets to properly know each and one of his students, and motivates them to achieve better and greater things every training. Ben uses a range of different training methods and improves each training by evaluating what went well the previous sessions, and implementing the success into future ones, so that they are all enjoyable no one training is the same. The yoga classes push me in a good way- whether it be physically or mentally, I always seem to have my needs met on the day, leaving either relaxed or revived. The new building is stunning- so much thought and care has been taken with the design- even the bathrooms are gorgeous! But my favourite place of all is the relaxation snug. A hot herbal tea and a sit down after class is the perfect tonic before setting off back into the real world!”

“There's a Subway, a gym, public toilets, conference rooms, and a basketball court. It's always clean and lively. However, the parking around the back makes no sense. It's hard to figure out how to exit according to the arena's painted arrows.”
